Movement. Life consists of it. From the rotation of the planet, to the rotation of the solar system, to the circulation of our blood.
When we stop moving, we start to stagnate. Like an old, moldy, slightly smelly green pond!
I can bet a pretty penny you know about going to the gym. BUT sometimes i feel like a hamster in a cage there, so what else is there to do? Here are SOME ideas:
- NATURE WALKS! (there’s so much nature to be seen!)
- Dance (ballet, zouk, ballroom, latin, traditional ukranian folk – you name it!)
- Winter Sports – skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowball fighting
- Dancing at home by yourself to your favorite tunes in the most ridiculous ways for set periods of time
