Sunday night…and its dinner time.
what to eat? what to eat?
This Sunday I spent dinner with a bunch of my guy-pals. I wanted to make a dinner for us all that was healthy, delicious, and also filling. If i’m going to make 4 dudes eat vegan – i gotta do it RIGHT.
Here’s what we ate:
Salad: avocado, tomato, butter lettuce, lime juice ( tastes creamy and crisp, with bursts of sweet juicy tomato )
Main 1: sauteed zucchini and eggplant with golden onions ( tender, mediterranean flavor )
Main 2: sauteed potatoes with mushrooms ( crunchy, golden and comforting! )
Side: black bread with nuts and seeds
