It feels like every day i’m making a juice or a smoothie.
It’s gotten to eyeballin’ kinda perfection.
The downside? I don’t always have the exact recipe to share with you!
But this time, the stars aligned and i actually recorded an eyeballed recipe and have the best juice proportions.
Ready for a juice thats got a little kick of ginger, but not too much…is sweet, but not too sweet…and both green and refreshing?

knob of ginger,
whole head of celery,
entire bushel of parsley,
a medium sized bowl (densely packed – can’t have too much) of kale,
a medium sized bowl (densely packed) of spinach.
